Day 2 Santiago

Depart on a full day tour to Casablanca Valley. A relative newcomer to winegrowing, the Casablanca Valley was first planted to vine in the mid-1980s. It quickly turned a page in Chile’s winemaking history. Chile’s first cool-climate coastal region soon turned out crisp, fresh wines that caught the world’s attention, and Chile’s search for new terroirs was on. We shall visit Loma Larga Winery, a winery that today it’s recognized as the leading vineyard in cool climate red wines in Chile.
Continue to Bodega Indomita with stunning views of the Valley. Lunch today is included in charming Morande Winery.
Lastly we shall visit Viñedos Emiliana, an organic winery. Return to your hotel; dinner at leisure tonight. (BL)

Day 3 Santiago

Today we depart on a full day tour to Maipo Valley. Settled more than 400 years ago by traditional Chilean families, is the oldest wine-producing area in Chile and also the most traditional one. Our first stop takes us to Bodega Aquitania, a joint venture between agronomists and oenologists from Bordeaux and Chile.
We then continue to Bodega Chocalán, its vineyard it’s planted on steep slopes and in the piedmont of the Maipo Valley.
Our last stop will be Bodega De Martino for a traditional Asado Lunch. This winery was founded more than 70 years ago and continues to be managed by its owners. It was the first Chilean winery to export the famous Carménère wine. Dinner at leisure. (BL)

Day 4 Santiago

Depart on a full day tour to San Antonio Valley & Valparaiso. Visit Bodega Matetic. In this place harmony has been reached between the winery’s organic agriculture practices and the natural landscape of San Antonio Valley.
Continue to the Port Valparaiso, the main port of Chile, declared as Patrimony of the Humanity by UNESCO, built on hills in the coast of a busy bay surrounded by the majesty of eternal snows in the distant mountain range. Return to your hotel. Dinner at leisure. (BL)

Followed by lunch at Ruca Malen winery with amazing views of the Andean mountains. (BL)
